Welcome at the e-learning Human Resource Management. This e-learning will guide you through the world of Human Resource Management. We will first dive into the strategic side of HRM by discussing the Roadmap model of Wright (2008). Subsequently, the operational side of human resource management will be discussed as for example ’talent management’ and ‘board succession’.
