This e-learning focuses on reputation and reputation management and aims to create greater awareness and understanding of its value. It also aims to provide insights into how to protect, manage and even grow reputation.
Reputation is too often associated only with crisis (response) as, in times of crisis, individual reputation can become tarnished. There is, however, much more to reputation and the forces that shape reputation today than simply crisis responses. A strong reputation has value in itself; it provides trust and will act as ‘a deposit in the bank’ in times of crisis.
